1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

• Non-rr99 Staff: rr99 staff, their immediate family members, and anyone closely involved in the platform's operations are not permitted to register as regular players or participate in any promotions.
• Personal Use: rr99 accounts are strictly for personal and entertainment use. Commercial use, account transfers, or use on behalf of third parties is prohibited.
• Geographic Location: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the rr99 platform is lawful in your geographic location. rr99 is not liable for any legal issues arising from use of the platform in restricted areas.

3 Account Registration & Management

To fully access all features and services on rr99, you must register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at rr99. Owning multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• Accurate Information: Your full name, phone number, email address, and registered bank details must be accurate and belong to you. Any discrepancies may result in withdrawals being delayed or rejected.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. rr99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.
• KYC Verification: rr99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious account activity is detected.
• Information Update: If any of your personal information changes, you are required to update it in your account or contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Rr99 provides a range of payment methods suited for players in Malaysia, including instant bank transfers via major local banks, online banking, and recognised e-wallets. All transactions on the rr99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• No global maximum deposit limit is set; however, limits may apply depending on your payment method and VIP tier.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Rr99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your rr99 account within 1 to 5 minutes after a successful transaction. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support.
• Rr99 reserves the right to decline or void any deposit suspected to be linked to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Rr99 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary complications. We understand your winnings belong to you, and we ensure the withdrawal process is as simple and fast as possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per application.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 6 to 12 hours for standard members and faster for VIP members, subject to required security checks.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that has completed the full KYC process.
• Players are required to have completed at least one full deposit cycle before their first withdrawal is processed, to prevent system abuse.
• Rr99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in line with our compliance and anti-money laundering policies.
• Any attempt to circumvent bonus wagering requirements through specific betting techniques may result in withdrawals being suspended pending the completion of an investigation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus has its own validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within that period will be automatically forfeited.

7 Player Conduct and Responsibilities

Rr99 expects all players to use this platform in a responsible, honest, and respectful manner. Conduct that violates these terms may result in appropriate disciplinary action, including permanent account suspension or closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr99 platform:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method to automate gameplay or exploit the rr99 system.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the gaming system, including sharing card information in live games or fixing match outcomes.
• Money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities designed solely to transfer illicit funds.
• Use of false information, forged documents, or another person's identity during registration or the KYC process.
• Deliberate technical interference with rr99 systems, including attempts to hack, access restricted areas, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Attempts to manipulate game outcomes through unauthorized means, including the use of multiple accounts to influence match results.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Rr99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for relevant legal and compliance reasons.

• Voluntary Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the rr99 support team. All valid cash balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned within 7 business days.
• Closure Due to Violation: If an account is closed due to a terms violation, rr99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including winnings obtained during the period of the violation.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may use the self-exclusion feature available in their account settings. Exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 5 years.
• Inactive Account: Accounts showing no activity (login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. An administrative fee of RM 5 per month may be charged on inactive accounts after notice has been given.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimers

• Rr99 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or unforeseeable external factors such as the user's internet outage.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in unauthorized credits or overpayments, rr99 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice.
• Rr99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
• Rr99's maximum total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
